These shadow work journal prompts are insightful questions that are designed to get you thinking about things that may make you uncomfortable. It may come as a shock when certain emotions or memories are revealed to you. I always recommend making sure you’re in a safe and comfortable place physically and mentally when doing these activities, sometimes we’re not ready to face certain aspects of ourselves and that’s okay!ĭo your best to get into a balanced physical and mental space, give yourself room to express your emotions, and be open to what may be revealed to you.
